On the front nine, the first three holes are dog-legged and challenge any golfer’s club selection. These holes are followed by open fairways and can save many a stray shot.
The back nine holes were constructed in 2000, and offer a good challenge. There are many a scenic views: like those seen from three elevated par-3s and three challenging par-5s . The course plays along the edge of the old Amber Ski Hill and has narrow fairways lined with Ponderosa pine trees. While playing at the course it is not unusual to see local wildlife strolling through.
